Title of Bill: Allocation of Funds to Students for Life for purchase of software
Sponsor(s): Senator McNichol
Be it resolved by the Franciscan University Student Government (SG) that:
$1000 be reallocated to Students for Life from the Msgr. Reilly retreat to the purchase of a computer.
Recognizing that:
- Students for Life will be using these training videos to teach people regarding the meaning of suffering, and the source of human dignity.
- These funds will directly further the mission of the university by raising awareness about important issues.
- The training videos will be filmed in conjunction with the Catechetical Institute.
- Students for Life is a very active and important club on campus, reaching many students with frequent events.
