Title of Bill: Allocation of Funds to International Coffee Club
Sponsor(s): Senator Surovec
Be it resolved by the Franciscan University Student Government (SG) that:
$250 be allocated to the International Coffee Club for brewing equipment.
Recognizing that:
- This is a one-time purchase for the coffee brewing equipment
- These are essential items to get the club up and running so they can have coffee at their meetings.
- There are an estimated number of 40 people in the coffee club. Given the widespread enjoyment of coffee and the great support while discussing the concept of the coffee club, we foresee many students being actively involved in the coffee club.
- They have not done any fundraising so far but plan to do so in the future.
