Title of Bill: Recognition of ClimbFUS by FUSG
Sponsor(s): Senator Cortese
Be it resolved by the Franciscan University Student Government (SG) that:
ClimbFUS be recognized by FUSG as an official student club.
Recognizing that:
- ClimbFUS has been approved by Student Life.
- ClimbFUS aims to promote the sport of rock climbing for fitness and enjoyment. The club will welcome veteran and new climbers alike, fostering a community of support and encouragement.
- The club has several potential fundraisers, including movie showings and a Climb-a-Thon on the Treadwall.
- ClimbFUS looks forward to planning climbing trips in the future to local and distant areas.
- With lots of interest and more and more each day ClimbFUS has huge potential.
