Title of Bill: Allocation of funds to the Red Cross Club for a blood drive

Be it resolved by the Franciscan University Student Government (SG) that:
$75.00 be allocated to the Red Cross Club for a blood drive.
Recognizing that:
- The Red Cross Club has not been budgeted funds for this semester.
- The Red Cross Club will be conducting a blood drive for students on campus bringing necessary medical plasma to the world.
