September 26, 2018: Fall Bill 41

Recognizing that: 

• The Baron Pep Band provides support and lifts the atmosphere of sporting events and other campus-wide events.
• The Pep Band represents Franciscan to opposing teams and visiting fans; they currently perform in T-shirts, which does not look professional and is not in line with other collegiate Pep Bands.
• The total cost of the shirts is $520, and they are funding the remainder through their own dues.
• They are planning a fundraiser later in the semester to cover future costs associated with the club.
