New bill title

Recognizing that: 

• The pizza will be consumed at a social for the Veritas Society volunteers.
•  The timekeeping bell will be used to remind debaters of the time limit and to provide more structure for the debates.
• The table cloth will be used at Veritas Debates to create a more welcoming atmosphere.
• The cash box and credit card reader will be used to raise more funds for the Veritas Society. This will allow the Veritas Society to expand without relying as heavily on Franciscan University Student Government.
