Title of Bill: Purchasing of a record player and vinyl

Be it resolved by the Franciscan University Student Government (SG) that:

$150 be allocated to FUSG for the purchase of a record player and vinyl.

Recognizing that:

Both of these items will be put into the Student Government lounge.
Record players and vinyl are both classy items and will enhance the experience of anyone in this lounge.
The plural of vinyl is still vinyl.
