Title of Bill: Allocation of Funds to Franciscan University Student Government for the Network Conference
Sponsor(s): President Gessler
Be it resolved by the Franciscan University Student Government (SG) that:
$1500 to be allocated to Franciscan University Student Government for flights from Pittsburgh to Kansas City, Missouri. On Thursday October 11 returning Sunday August 14th.
Recognizing that:
- The Network Conference is a highly beneficial conference attended by other top Newman Guide schools such as University of Dallas, University of Mary, and Catholic University of America.
- The conference will be held at Benedictine College.
- Housing, food, and transportation to and from both airports will be accommodated.
- The Network allows for Franciscan University Student Government to speak with our counterparts to further explore new ideas and policies.
