Title of Bill: Allocation of Funds to the Triathlon Club for Halloween 5k Event
Sponsor(s): Senator Snell
Be it resolved by the Franciscan University Student Government (SG) that:
$100 be allocated to the Triathlon Club for the expenses of hosting a Halloween 5k.
Recognizing that:
- This is a free event that will be open to the Steubenville community, and thus will benefit both the student body and surrounding community.
- The 5k will occur on October 29 at 3PM and 50-100 people will be expected to attend.
- Flyers around campus and the surrounding community will be used to advertise.
- This event will give students and families in the area a chance to participate in a fun athletic event.
