Recognizing that: 

• This club has been approved by student life
• The Franciscan University Board Game Association aims to connect students in an environment where they can play strategic board games in a friendly but competitive atmosphere where members may meet new friends and learn about the concepts of strategic gaming.
• The Franciscan University Board Game Association was once an active club on campus but lack of leadership led it to fold a year ago. With new leadership and members, mostly made up of freshman, the club looks to maintain a presence on campus for many semesters to come
