Title of Bill: Allocation of funds to Parkhurst for Ice Cream

Be it resolved by the Franciscan University Student Government (SG) that:
$450 be allocated to Parkhurst for ice cream and toppings provided on Sunday August 26, 2018.
Recognizing that:
- This is Student Governments first official event to welcome incoming Freshman to Franciscan University.
- The event was a massive success with hundreds of bowls of ice cream served.
- Reception was overwhelmingly positive.
